In the countryside, a brick farmhouse or barn is painted solidly with a green and white check plaid pattern. The sky is cloudy, the grass pale green and the trees surrounding the farmhouse are bare of leaves. The windows of the house have been bricked over and every surface has been painted. The pattern has two tones of green along with white. There are two patterns used for different parts of the house. The walls and doors have a large square of pale green surrounded by bars of white outlined in dark green. The roof, chimney and one of the doors has a check pattern of pale green, middle green and white. The overall effect is like a house wrapped in green plaid paper or cloth. Along the front of a house a large pink house extends across a brick driveway.

Two chimneys rise from this left side and they carry the latter pattern.

The door on our far right stands open but nothing of the interior can be seen. The building is surrounded by grass, a brick driveway or road and trees. In earlier images the trees were bare and in this image there are leaves and so the building was documented over a period of many months.

From this angle it looks like a traditional peaked roof farm house to our right, which has been attached to a sloped roof barn to our left. The wall on our left has the light green, dark green and white check pattern rotated so that the checks are in a diamond position. The wall has been segmented into three large squares covered with this pattern. Between the squares, and outlining them, is the previous pattern of green surrounded by white and dark green bars. Two chimneys rise from the right side, and carry the latter pattern along with the wall and buttress they connect to.

Each square of pale green is surrounded by four bars of white and four squares of white, since the corner of the outline makes a small square. Both the bars and squares of white are surrounded by a darker green outline. The plaid pattern builds in this way.

The building is painted light green, and around the dark green door the outline in white of large bricks has been painted. The building is not made of large bricks. The outline in paint clearly covers the shapes of regular sized bricks. On the door is a voltage sign with "11.000v".

The size of the bricks far exceeds the size of the bricks that make up the building and whose texture or outline is still clear under the pale green paint.

Another detail of one side of the building. From this angle we can see that below the roofline there is an ornate pattern of raised crosses made in the bricks. The green painted check pattern has been intricately applied to continue over these raised shapes without breaking the plaid.
